We do not control or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of the mentorship provided by our users. coMento’s role is limited to providing a digital space for users to conduct mentorship activities independently.

4. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

• Account Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and must update their information to maintain its accuracy.

• Professional Conduct: Mentors and mentees are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. coMento does not mediate disputes; mentors and mentees are solely responsible for resolving any conflicts that arise.

• Prohibited Behavior: The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Promotion of hate speech, discrimination, or sexually explicit content

  • Harassment, abuse, or harm toward others

  • Any fraudulent or unlawful activity

• Termination for Misconduct: coMento reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if any prohibited behavior is detected.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Mentor Subscriptions: Mentors are required to pay a subscription fee (monthly or yearly) to access coMento’s mentorship features. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and coMento reserves the right to change pricing or fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to current subscribers.

• Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access to coMento services.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload to the platform. However, by uploading content, users grant coMento a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute their content within the platform for operational purposes.

• Copyright Compliance: Users must ensure that any content uploaded or shared on coMento complies with copyright and intellectual property laws. coMento is not responsible for any user-generated content that infringes on third-party rights.

• Platform Content: All coMento-generated content, branding, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without express permission from coMento.

7. AI-Driven Mentorship Disclaimer

• Use of Artificial Intelligence: coMento may employ AI tools to assist with mentorship interactions. Users acknowledge and agree that AI-generated responses or guidance are not guaranteed for accuracy or reliability. coMento disclaims any liability for outcomes related to AI-generated advice or mentorship.

• User Awareness: Mentors must inform mentees that AI may be part of their mentorship experience.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Mentor Responsibility: All advice, guidance, or mentorship provided by mentors is their sole responsibility. coMento does not warrant or assume liability for the advice given through the platform.

• Platform Availability: coMento strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or other factors may occasionally limit platform access.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold coMento harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from user-generated content, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

​

• Immediate Termination for Misconduct: coMento reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or harmful behavior on the platform.

• Post-Termination Rights: Upon termination, coMento reserves the right to delete or restrict access to user data associated with the terminated account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: coMento is headquartered in Israel, and all disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be governed by Israeli law.

• Resolution Venue: Users agree that all disputes will be resolved in Israeli courts and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
