At coMento, we value our mentors and strive to provide a reliable mentorship platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which subscription fees paid by mentors may be refunded and clarifies coMento’s role regarding mentor-mentee transactions. By subscribing to coMento, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy
Subscription fees paid by mentors for coMento are non-refundable, including monthly and yearly plans.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will only be provided under the circumstances outlined in this policy.
2. coMento’s Responsibility and Mentor Transactions
coMento is not responsible for any charges that mentors impose on mentees for mentorship services.
Refunds related to payments made by mentees to mentors must be requested directly through the mentor. coMento does not mediate or facilitate refunds between mentors and mentees.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued to mentors under the following conditions:
Technical Issues: If significant technical problems prevent you from accessing or using the platform, and coMento cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Unauthorized Charges: If you detect an unauthorized or duplicate charge on your account, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed upon verification.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Dissatisfaction with mentorship outcomes or mentee interactions.

Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Lack of usage or inactivity during the subscription period.

Decisions to discontinue using the platform during an active subscription term.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Mentors may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, mentors must:
Contact coMento support at support@comento.ai within 30 days of the charge in question.
Provide your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., proof of technical issues or unauthorized charges).
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and coMento reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its discretion.

7. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will be issued in the currency of the original payment. Any exchange rate differences or transaction fees are the responsibility of the mentor.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
coMento reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated policy on our platform. Continued use of coMento after changes signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
